SHIPPING1. All videos and/or DVDs are shipped via standard U.S. First Class rate in a plain envelope or box depending on the size of the order. No express shipping option is available.
2. No videos and/or DVDs will be shipped to any address outside of U.S. jurisdiction.
3. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship an order, we hereby agree to fully refund your money immediately.
RETURNS1. Any video or DVD will be replaced if defective or damaged during shipping. The replacement will be sent upon receiving the damaged or defective product. There is no postage charge for the replacement video or DVD.
2. We will replace any lost video or DVD that has not arrived at its destination after 15 business days from the day that your order was placed. To claim a replacement video or DVD, you must simply notify us by email after the 15 business day period has expired.
3. We provide full technical support for all of our downloadable videos. In the unlikely event that a customer cannot view their requested video, they should:
a. Visit our Frequent Questions (FAQ) section. The link to that section is located in the left column menu of our home page.
b. If the problem cannot be resolved by viewing our 'Frequent Questions' section, then the customer should file a ticket with our technical support/help desk which can be accessed via the same left column menu of our home page. Our technical support team will normally respond to your enquiry within a 24 to 48 hour period.
In the unlikely event that our technical support team cannot resolve your download problem within a reasonable amount of time, then we hereby agree to fully refund your payment immediately or apply your payment towards the full purchase price of a video or DVD of the same title along with free shipping.
